Refund Policy

For digital products (guides, videos), all sales are generally final once accessed/downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, contact support@ventsel.global within 14 days and we will assist or issue a refund where required by law.

For coaching sessions, cancellations ≥24 hours in advance are fully refundable; otherwise a fee may apply.
